Joe joined Loch Law in 2013 as an Administration Apprentice before obtaining a First Class law degree from Canterbury Christ Church University and then training to become a Barrister.

Joe is now a Solicitor Advocate and is part of the team working in all areas of employment and commercial law with particular experience representing clients with disputes in Employment Tribunals and Civil Court claims, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination, unlawful deduction of wages, whistleblowing, contracts and handbooks.Joe was admitted as a solicitor in 2021, and he has the following qualifications: LPC Distinction; LLM BPTC (called to Bar in November 2018); and LLB (Hons), First Class.
